Paytm restricting adding money via card

Every month, Paytm is restricting my account more and more for adding money via credit card. I mainly use for 1000*4 amex transactions and also for some fuel transactions. I could do just 2 transactions this month and I have to pay my apartment maintenance. I will have to use upi/debit card for the remaining amount. But then no balance for fuel/small transactions. In that case, using paytm itself is of no use as I can use cards directly for most of my needs. The only need for using paytm is to load 1000 in a go for amex. Is there any alternative?

paytm is CH* brand ; the only way they are getting the hype is the lead during notebandy ;and thats why they have max reach on QR shop and all ; same desi ch8tipa; make a Rule make infinite amendment till the rule no longer stand
I do the amex 1000*4 transaction on amazon.
