paytm rupay card not working?

I tried using paytm card on paypal, paytm application is not allowing me to see my card information and if i have the screenshot information of the card, otp didn’t come. Can anybody confirm the same

Paytm Bank inactive your RuPay card because of new RBI guidelines.
click on your card and Activate again.
you get Activate option under view card details.
My mistake. I thought paytm already started replacing rupay cards. 
What will happen to those with a physical cards? Will they get free Visa cards? I suspended my card after they denied lounge access.
what?? @DealBroker23 you were not allowed lounge access with rupay plat card of paytm? have you tried contacting rupay/paytm regarding this issue?
oh i see now… they stopped lounge access from 9th january.

You’ll recieve a new card very soon.
