Paytm shows product delivered but I did not receive it

I just received 3 SMS that 3 of my packages has been delivered. I checked the status in the app and it also shows delivered. But I did not receive any package so far.
I tried to call the delivery agent on the number I received in the SMS but it was non-reachable for like half and hour. Finally my call went through and some kid replied and he said it’s a wrong number.
I emails the customer care they send me POD signature and someone wrote my name on it. So I replied that it’s not my signature which they can confirm from my previous POD signatures. CC guy said they are launching physical verification and it will take 5 days.
WTF. What can I do now?
It’s depressing. Lost 500 rs worth of stuff.
Did anyone else faced similar situation? What happened?

Firstly is the agent is New or Old which comes Regularly….
Secondly Go to their office… Give the order id details & meet the agent ask abt product.. If he tells truth then ok… Otherwise Bambam bhole Bol kr … Samjhana

The agent was new. Today was his first day. That’s why his number was not in the system.
As he said, he had to deliver 10 packages to me but he could not carry all the packages at once. So he brought 6 pages in his first trip but after delivery he messed up all the AWB numbers and mistakenly marked some undelivered packages delivered. When he came back with the rest of the packages in the evening, he explained everything.
After listening to him and receiving all the packages, I was relived.
Later today, I cancelled all the complains for non-delivery.
