paytm wallet in uber account not being updated

I have transferred cash from one paytm wallet to another linked to my uber account. However Updated amount is not being reflected. It is other way too, ie. If the money is also transferred from paytm wallet linked to uber account to another account it is not being reflected. My friends too are facing this. Any solutions?

There are many issues with Paytm n uber recently me too facing problems
Root cause of this issue is that you have different email id on paytm for mobile number and on uber you have diifferent email id.
Email id should be same if you want to use wallet balance.
I had this problem , changed my email id on paytm and amount started reflecting in Uber wallet.

Try it.
It will make sense when amount starts reflecting in uber/paytm.

it does make sense. even I had this issue. But this worked.
I am facing same issue. Even my email is and mobile number is same.Still my MONEY not reflecting in paytm wallet.MONEY got deducted from my account on 2nd June 2016.

Yes, I am also facing the same problem… I have also sent an Email to PayTm regarding the same… But the worst thing is that I didn’t get any Reply…
I sent 2 emails and didn’t get the reply for both the Emails…
I will Suggest not to use PayTm wallet for Uber.
I added 500rs through net banking to uber paytm wallet.Money is debited from my bank but not credited to uber. It’s showing error. Repentantly facing same stupid issue.
Linked my Paytm to Uber and uber detucted 700rs from my account. No refund. Anyone having the same problem?
U probably wudnt have verified the otp sent to u by Paytm fr transactions on uber
