Just paid my Ola Postpaid bill via Payzapp card. Got charged 2.9% extra for payment of 4750… Received SMS that amount deducted is 4890.12…
Wicked thing from Payzapp .. app is only showing 4750 deduction… But balance is reduced by the additional amount.
Will request for a complete statement tomorrow and escalate for a resolution on this.

has happened earlier also and for diff merchants. search dd. the extra charges would be reversed. but to be safe and for ur own satisfaction keep following on mail.
You should try registering a grievance on this portal. This portal had helped me get a cashback, which PayZapp dined after it changed T&C, which was after my transaction.
Don’t worry you wont be charged extra. I paid at IRCTC few days back using Payzapp Card. For ticket of Rs.750 it deducted 810. Payzapp shown 750. 2 days later it was billed with 750. A new txn appeared in list and old one of 810 disappeared. So wait and see until you get charged for txn. In status of txn you will get Billed: No shown there.
Even i did transaction on IRCTC, I got charged some 10 – 15 Rs extra.

Talked to Payzapp customer care just now. They said this is because the merchant OlaMoney has requested buffer charges of 140 rupees.
When I told her that I don’t see the entry for that she told me that it is hidden charges and might come back. She cannot confirm when it will come back.
I told her that this is a serious breach of trust from a brand like HDFC.. How can they deduct an amount not shown in the PIN entry page? On top of that they don’t even have an entry for the same in the app.
What a way HDFC has come up with to loot customers !!!
