Anyone facing money load in payzapp. I have tried now almost 4-5 times but the payment getting failed everytime. My card is fine as I have just loaded some amount with that card on Amazon successfully. Seems lika a payzapp issue?

Seems they blocked your account. Now go ahead and create a fresh account. 
It might be the reason. But I have 175 rs in my wallet and I can logged in to my account & can see the balance. Shall I go ahead & utilize the balance before they blocked my access to login? 
No my icici, Yesbank and pnb cards also facing issue in 4 different accounts. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.
So neither ur account blocked nor ur card
Ohhh. That means it’s a payzapp issue.What should you suggest I do now? As I have tried 4-5 times but not working. A couple days ago it was working fine. I will trying it tomorrow again and update you. Thanks for your inputs. I was actually thinking to open a new payzapp account. But now it seems a little wait could worth it

No it’s ICICI visa platinum card.
Payzapp always add money first either u do transaction in app or through 3rd party app. Right?
So u can’t pay directly from debit/credit card on 3rd party app using PayZapp
No bro. We can pay directly on other merchant without loading the money. Finally I have just successfully paid on big basket without loading the money on payzapp.
Contact customer support payzapp team
Just do clear data of payzap app.. Download hola vpn frm play store.. Choose any server and connect it.. Then login payzap .. Load money
Payzapp started UPI payment
Re-registered same mobile no. having any bank account, under UPI option.
After that u can successfully add money from card….
It works for me….
Iam also facing same issue on payzapp my visa card amount debited in my bank 499 rs i raise complaint wait for 7 days they reply 7 day s complete today waiting for today

I have saved hdfc cc in payzapp. While adding money to payzapp card through this hdfc cc, they didn’t ask for 3D verification of otp. I entered card details & amount deducted automatically. Is it normal?
Yes normal. Authentication is done via secure token. So don’t require cvv/otp. It is more secure than that.
Remove the card and add again. I solved the same problem in this way. Best of luck!
