PayZapp Session Expired Error

I am getting this annoying ‘Session Expired’ error whenever I try to add money to PayZapp. I have tried changing my Debit card, re login, re install, but have no luck. The error message doesn’t go whatsoever, it’s really annoying. I have contacted customer care but they themselves don’t know what is the problem, so no hope. I have also searched all over the internet and found no fix nor any discussion on it. I have seen a few dimers facing this issue in some PayZapp posts, so I thought why not start a discussion on this so it would really help me and other people fix the issue. If you ever have came across this error message, please tell us how you managed to fix it. It would really be helpful for people like me.
Update: I found a fix! The fix is to try with a different smartphone with a different brand. In my case I was using a Redmi 4 device, which is my personal phone earlier. Then I tried with a Samsung phone, which is of my friend. I logged into it and added money, surprisingly it worked! And that too with the same RuPay card!

The latest available for my phone, which is version 3.08.00.08
I get this error when I use rupay card. But visa and MasterCard work fine. SBI vc also works.
Initially I tried with my primary card which is RuPay, but later after encountering this error, I tried another Visa card of mine but had no luck with it too. I have yet to try with a Mastercard, but sadly I don’t have one. Anyway thanks for the help buddy. It really matters at times like this.

I can Understand your problem very well becouse somedays ago i was also facing the exactly same problem but not now.
It was happening with me, whenever i was going to add money to the wallet it was showing the session Expired error but i did many research to know why it’s happening and finally i knew the solution of that problem.
And currently I’m able to add money without any problem. The main problem is coming due to our debit/credit card.

Thanks, but the thing is RuPay cards also do work, it’s just sometimes device specific. Read my update to find out how I managed to use my RuPay card, which was not working earlier on my device.
Update 2: PayZapp app developers have finally fixed the add money issue issue, now I’m able to add money through my RuPay card on my personal phone itself, worked on the latest app version. Just update the app and it’ll work.
