Payzapp sim verification error.

I am able to get device verification sms on my Bsnl sim to log in to payzapp.
But when I select UPI it says I need to verify Sim. It asks which sim, I select second sim then below it shows my mobile number then it send a message to +919355492200 which gets failed. When I press back it says please wait.. Validating. This keeps on going then it says pls try later.
I am stuck in this loop. Pls help.

Why don’t you put in single SIM and do the process .. then put back in dual sim

Yes, it have problems in redmi devices.
