i recently purchase one product from pepperfry. they said the product deliver by 5 may, 2015 . but on 5 may they change delivery date and said your product deliver to u by 11 may 2015. i call customer care and i said why they delay my order. cc girl start talking rudely . i am shocked on her behaviour and pepperfry Customer care service. finally i got my product tomorrow . when i open box i found that my mug and tupperware container are in bad condition and were broken. i immediately call pepperfry CC but they cut the phone no. and after so many tries they still cut the phone no. Then after 2-3 hours their phone came and i tell them about thier products which they send is broken and u know what they said . they said its your fault that u broken it and we send good products always.

And also they charge 5% for cancellation even after 1 minute of transaction….They are unique in every sense….

Earlier days they used to give 1000 bucks extra, if they cancel the transaction.
It was real fun to deliberately order the items , which have more chances of cancellation. Sometimes, issue duplicate codes for the single transactions, now they r more than vigil.

The messed up thing is that they accept returns without any extra charge under their 100% Money Back Guarantee within 30 Days. I once got into a long argument with a CSR and his supervisor about the stupidity of this rule. They came to their senses, atleast for my case where I wanted to cancel because of delay in shipping, and cancelled the order without that stupid 5% charge.

one time i ordered from them only to realize minutes later that there was 10% additional discount coupon working on that product and also didn’t use cashback website link, so i placed another order, but when i tried to cancel first order, there was no option, when called their cc, they told me that they are going to charge Additional 5%…After 15 mins of heated argument i cancelled both my orders….

agree with your point thats why i not cancel my order otherwise that day only on 5 may i wish to cancel my order because pf pepperfry rude behaviour
In the recent 100rs offer of payumoney..I ordered couple of glass items and shockingly both item got received in such a condition even not recognizing what item it was. I wrote to them along with snaps saying I want my items because I spent enough time to choose and simple refund would not be acceptable as I do not wanted to loose my 100+100rs payumoney. But the refused my request and without any response initiated refund. As usual, payumoney deducted 100+100rs for two orders. 
Any way to recover payumoney 100rs which got lost in order cancellation?

my problem is also same but i ask CC again and they talked rudely. pepperfry is worst. pepperfry ko aloofry bhechne chahiye. crokery se jyada aloo fry bikege pepperfry ke

I ordered almost 20 items from pepperfry. .. but I never got disappointed with the quality and packaging. .. Their packaging is equal to amazon. .. late delivery depends on courier partners. .

once got a damage cfl
sent image and they refund full amount
so far having not any issue with them

got all product genuin and with good packing
once one item in broken condition
after asking for some images they refund me my money without taking item back
also whenewer called them thay eager to help me what they can do for me
5% charge is right for that i said c/c operator to arrange manager call back to me
.
Will see what he says to me about cancellation charge

12 orders during payumoney 90% offer. . But nothing is broken or less quality. .. delivery also 3 came on 3rd day 4 on 4th remaining received with in a week.. till now my experience with pepperfry has been good. all items received were in good condition.
though few doormats were very small compared to those in pics

The biggest problem is, they cancel the orders placed under offer, even if the item is available.
I had already received broken clock after 1 month of shipment. meanwhile I had ordered one more clock, which I’ve received few hours ago. Which is also broken. Both shipped from gati.
There is no extra protection on packaging, they shipped in original packaging which they got from ajanta. Even if I’ve had purchased it from local store, I’d bring it home with extra care.
Now, a big NO to pepperfry.
Send the mail to CEO and incharge home section.
They were supposed to wear the helmate made out of such crockery, hence bheja fry.
Ask them to dump their injured mind and crockery at rock garden, which is easily reachable from Chandigarh airport.
