forget the account, either you have used same bank acc in many accounts or multiple account.

My account blocked too.. even I use only one account on my device. It may be because of payment via different phonepe accounts from the same device to utilise the offers..

Never faced any pblm strictly maintain one acc per device n stay happy for those u who got acc blocked deep down inside they know reason….!!!!

mine also blocked if any one get response from cc, pls update, I dropped a mail

I too use only 1 account in my device.
Still got a msg that my acc was blocked for security reasons.

even my account is blocked. Using one account on one device and with my only FK account this phonepe account is linked. So no question of misuse.

Ifone or two random account was blocked then this could be a thing like a glitch, security reason but I can see phonepe is blocking a bunch of accounts on an exact day. So phonepe team has gone nuts.

Also on the app itself where you get the block message they give contact e-mail address as [email protected] which is totally wrong – this small details shows how much phonepe cares about it users. With so many offers and all phonepe is following the path of freecharge.

It doesn’t matter if you are using “one account” for x no. of days, multiple account holders do get blocked eventually.

Phonepe promised a resolution and reply by 18th Apr. 2018 – 10:50 PM. Well they have not replied yet.

They said sorry and asked to wait till 9PM tonight
Again No call/mail/sms
