PhonePe changes the t&c of the offer after the transaction is completed to deny the cashback.
I won the offer of 15% cashback upto 200 on next transaction on apps section in PhonePe app. The earlier t&c didn’t mentioned that offer will not be applicable on IRCTC app.
so i purchased a train ticket from IRCTC under apps section. To my surprise the cashback was not credited, so I raised the ticket and asked for the cashback. Initially they said that the it is mentioned that offer is not applicable on irctc app so I sent them the screenshot in which IRCTC was not mentioned.
I had a telephonic conversation with their customer care, I told him that I am eligible for the cashback as per t&c, he was also convinced and told me that I have escalated your query to my seniors and you will get reply within 48 hours.
Again they replied with the same reason and denied the cashback.
so you guys beware before trusting PhonePe i mean FraudPe
also a request, retweet my tweet and tag phonepe and make them accountable

the reason u didn’t got cashback is
when u got then offer tnc were for all valid
but when u applied tnc have changed

Bhai ye mere saath bhi hua hai, most fraudulent app. Always cheat with cashback and no clear T&C. This offer eligible as per T&C like my case. How could we know which app is eligible and which not?
Bad me t&c change kiya by mentioning those app name. Sabko mazak bana diya.

They will lose in court but it would cost you a lot more because in india you rarely get lawyers and expenses and other compensation like you can in the US. They take advantage of this to cheat people. Imagine if they had to pay a few lakhs for rs100.. They would not do such things then.. Also they say applicable on all built in apps.. Which means ALL apps, they can not put conditions on it.
