Please help I have a wallet balance on my phonepe number but when i scan qr to make payment it doesnt show wallet option, it keep asking add bank, i uninstalled app also and used another number from same phone and in new number also i have wallet balance but when i am trying to scan and pay at shop it keeps saying add bank account, please help me what has happened to my phone or phonepe app.

Only selected merchant qr codes show wallet option, ask your merchant to enable wallet payments from his phonepe merchant panel
But I am able to make payment to same merchant using my iphone and different number but unable to use from my android phone.
but sir earlier i was able to make payment through same phone using wallet balance to same merchant ( mother diary) now it is not showing wallet it ask to add bank 
mother diary has phonepe scanner i always use to scan and make payment from wallet but from yesterday i am unable to use, despite having balance in my wallet, i changed number also which too has phonepe wallet balance but still wallet doesnt show while making payment
I think your merchant disabled payment with phonepe balance, they need to pay commission if they accept payment from wallet balance. No charges for upi.
Wallet balance can’t be use for scan n pay you can use it in app purchase in phonepe
