Phonepe is not Refunding my money what should i do?

On 13th August i have added Rs 7500 through tranfer to other account, after Payment page i am redirected to Phonepe but transaction was failed from Phonepe.

Now I have raised complaints several times through their Phone but still didn’t get any refund from phonepe.

Also They ask Bank statment 3 times, i have provided them but still No Solution.

What Should i do now ? I am really bored with this process.

I transacted an amount of RS 25,500 on 14 September 2019. The transaction showed failed but the money got debited from my account. I called up phonepe customer care and they told me to call my bank so I called up SBI customer care and they too replied that since phonepe is a third party application, I should ask only phonepe.
Now I’m so confused where to ask.
It includes my tuition fees and I’m running late.
I have raised tickets in phonepe a lot but still no useful response. They only blame each other and no solution. It’s the fourth day today and I’m not getting refunded. Please help me those whoever are reading this.
I shall be grateful.

Hi friendsI have transfer rs7500 through phone pe ap its successful not credited reciver bank account i have contact with phone pe they said bank will help you that case bank is saying that is successful reciver bank is saying its not there in account so where should i go for get back my amount i have send write ac no no body taking responsibility. Similar nightmare to me from Phonepe. I did topup of 9000 rs for some specific purchase. Then my life became miserable. No phonepe merchant gives option to pay from wallet. I closed my wallet and got sms on return of money to bank account. But bank statement did not reflect the same even after 10 days. Phonepe wallet is nothing but cheat.
