Phonepe txn successful but amount not credited to bank account

facing same issue with amazon pay upi transfer

I am suffering from same problem now its being 3 days that i dont get money even when i get the notification that i have received it

Stupid App deducted money from the sender not credited to my account. Asking to refer the bank for charge back. Jaake samosa becho.

I am also facing similar issue. I made amazon emi transaction using phonpe on 2nd july and it was successfull. But capital float (lender) said they didn’t got and denied at that time itself. Did you got your money back ? Please let me know bro

Same happened to me and its already being more than 48 hours, Amount deducted and the transaction was successful but amount not reached to the receiver’s bank yet. Since it was an urgent transaction for the receiver whom I sent the amount. I am really fed up pensive

Same thing happened to me, my balance has been deducted but not credited in my another account and also after five days it has still not been refunded

09 August 2019 transaction 15000/- SBI to UCO Bank. It’s been 7days payment but not credited.phonepe not helping they are keep saying money credited to beneficiary bank.whats the procedure for getting refund where should I complaint to get money back?

Even I have had been facing the same issue. Did anyone get their amount reversal or refund in their bank account? Information on the same or any help regarding this would be duly appreciated. Eagerly waiting for a resolution as the AWFUL PhonePe customer support has no additional info other asking me to reach out to Sender or Receiver Bank.

Add-on to the above thread, I received the amount upon filing a complaint with the senders bank stating all the details of the transaction and also the complaint ticket ID of PhonePe. Hope the ones whose money has hung up at some corner would get a smooth reversal or credition.

Whose fault is this, it is PhonePe or receivers fault

I’ve transferred from my HDFC to my friend ICICI… transaction got failed, but the amount for debited from my account and still it hasn’t reversed? any idea when it get reversed?
