Person buying CBR is not buying ducatti or BMW (even they wont throw away their bikes when they get bored). Every vehicle in a particular price segment has a certain amount of demand in the resale market. Choosing the best one in that particular price band in case you need to sell it after a few years is sensible.

Sensible return is only provided for entry level hero honda bikes.

I am sure pulsar or any bike in this segment even qualifies for returns.

Not completely true. By the way Pulsar have the greatest demand (in urban areas) in the second hand market (after activa) as far as I have seen and has good resale value
