please help any ebay seller

i am not able to register with paisapay when i click on my bank name then the city name doesnt come up have to refresh page then again after selecting city the branch name doent come up again i do refresh but after filling all details its not proceeding..kepy on same page after several items tried different desktop different browsers but same problem any seller help how u registered with paisapay
