Dimers, plz advise how to approach . Courier has lost product sent by snapdeal. And they say they have informed snapdeal as well.
Yet, even after many emails and online complaints to snapdeal, they are not replying.
Product was ordered in a deal and now prices have increased. So will they send product again? Or will they give snapdeal cash? Coz that is useless for me. Total amount we are talking is less than 5000.
