First of all, i brought pepsi cans on Amazon. They sent me damaged cans. I made a complaint against them and they refunded me the money and asked me to place the order again. I did the same and once again i was sent damaged cans. This time i also received the refund but i decided not to buy these cans again. Then the amazon buy anything and get rs.100 gift card offer went live. I hence brought another pack of cans and this time again they were damaged. I showed the pics of damaged cans to amazon agent and requested him not to issue me a refund but replace the product. Inspite of this he issued me the refund. 2 days ago i received an email that the account has been closed due to excessive refunds. I did not had much amazon gc balance in it but my sister who used to use the same computer for her amazon purchases had rs.1500 gc balance. They also closed her account saying that they suspect that the accounts belong to same person. Can anyone tell me how to raise a complaint against amazon. I am emailing to [email protected] . in but they do not reply to me. Please help me friends.

You might have cheated them, because the same thing never happens thrice. Also lasers are used to record the data of packet before shipment. Not necessarily. I ordered dremel glue gun from Amazon (fulfilled too) worth 1800 bucks. It was defective, got refund. ordered again, defective again, got refund. I could not trust them any more and hence did not order a third time. But I’m sure if I had ordered even for times it would have been defective. It was probably from a defective lot. a third refund and they would have blocked my account too. They call three excessive, omg. Instead of identifying the real reason behind refunds it is easier to block accounts. That’s what they are doing. I suggest OP should write to all their customer care emails to get your account unblocked or at least get the money back. even if it means writing to their ceo, go ahead. When you have done no wrong, don’t fear. If you don’t raise your voice they will continue doing it

did u tried talking to cc first over phone …
the accounts just go on hold from their end and it shows nit logged in from our end.
Try calling n explaining the matter completely to cc.

The account blocking is very much frequent now due to too much Amazon system abuse.
