Option 1- wait for 24 hours to do the second transaction after first of less than 50k./NEFT
Option 2- use different 3rd party for making 2 tr.
Option 3- use different originating account for the same merchant.
Option 4- use CHEQUE /cash

Use ICICI bank. After 30minutes of adding beneficiary you can transfer funds through NEFT.
IMPS of 1lac is also possible with IFSC code in ICICI bank.
