I think you can redeem the reward points to cash into your cc account. Try calling the customer care, they will guide you.

Bro u can redeem it to voucher also by calling Cc. If u redeem it to cash u have to pay one time fee of 99 n service charges which is not required for vouchers. SbI is hell in this matter. I closed my account for this issue.

bro it seems that they will charge 100 rupees to convert credit points into cash

As dead man said, it seems that they will charge 100 Rupees as processing fee for converting credit points into cash and also the options given by them to convert credit points into gift cards is not satisfactory

you know what, I was not able to login to sbicard website but was able to login to mobile app!! they never understood the issue!! closed the account!!

that is the exact problem with me so I came here I am not able to login to SBI card I did not trying in mobile app as I forgot the password and unable to reset it

Finally called cc and wasted 2000 points by requesting for pizzahut voucher didn’t like any other option

I used to purchase on woohoo app via payu gateway
and even I remember redeeming sbi DC rewards while purchasing gv from mygyftr via payu

SBI debit card is issued by the State Bank of India, which is a bank.
SBI Credit card is issued by SBI Card & Payment Services Pvt Ltd, (SCPSL) a Non-Banking Finance Company and a Joint venture of SBI and GE Capitals.
Different organisation, naturally different level of service.
