Whenever I try transacting at merchant site after entering OTP gives the below error.
Transaction Declined: Bank was unable to authenticate.
Have tried almost all a websites gives the same error.

My issue is resolved after multiple emails. Their app has lot of 🐞. Now I stopped using their app.

Did you have a virtual card or a physical one?
Thats a fraudulent app.
They are trapping money deceptively.
Their paid prepaid card with a spooky 250/ Rs. activation fee is also fake.
Lastly, no customet support whatsoever. The email and phone numbers are both farce.
Use jio prepaid recharge to spend up your balance. airtel recharge not working. Nothing might work in future.
