Use another pc (prefer Linux) and connect infected disk as external drive. Recover all files which can be recovered. As for already encrypted files, sadly you can’t do anything about it.

Dude I have put many man hour to infect your laptop and you are easily posting here for a solution along with warning others, not fair.
