Customer care of LeEco is worse than pathetic. Once their phone is sold, they don’t give a damn about their customers,they don’t even reply to customer’s email, give fake excuses and promises on phone. They take 3 months for servicing phone and refunding money. If there is any problem in our phone, they don’t repair our phone, instead they give us damaged old refurbished mobile with different IMEI number and that too after 2 or 3 months. There are many complaints on twitter and fb where people are complaining their phone is stuck in service centre for more than 2 months and 3 months. For few ppl their money got deducted but order was not placed on lemall and they are waiting for their money since more than 1 month. 1 guy got his refund of speaker after 3 months and there are lots of horror stories.
I bought Le2 in their 1st sale 28th June on lemall and I was promised CDLA earphones with my phone but it’s been 32 days now they are not replying to my emails, giving fake excuses on phone.
From 3 weeks they are telling me, I will be getting earphones within 2 days. I don’t know what to do now? Is there anyone here who can help me? and please tell your family members and friends to avoid buying anything from this sheet cheat company.
