Please suggest a mobile phone in the range 6-8 k

Hi Dimers need your valuable advice
I want to gift my father a mobile phone in the range of 6-8 thousand.
The only requirement is large touchscreen 3.5-4 inch, rest doesn’t matter.
I have shortlisted Samsung Galaxy Trend S7392 and Nokia Lumia 520.
Please advice me which one should I go for or is there any better alternative.

If not interested in apps then go for 520. But you find all kind of productivity apps for free. If thinking about watching movies, just download moliplayer trial, it will play all kind of videos. I myself have 520 and am very much contended with it.

No apps are not required. Waiting for GOSF to get a good price for lumia 520
