I am sure you are aware that now special darshan bookings can only be done online/post offices? Try on their online portal if cottages are available though the chances are very slim.

but, better if airport is near. As return flight is at 5am.

Really don’t have any personal experience of a private hotel in Tirupathi. Always have gone with friends, one of whom gets a cottage easily there so never had to stay in a hotel. We always drive to the foot hills from Bangalore and scale the mountains on foot. Google is your best friend?
