Please Suggest Me Any VCC which works for international transaction..except Kotak811 i have currently PNB Bank Account and Mastercard which Denied payment on aliexpress

I don’t have HDFC debit/credit card.. is it necessary to have account in HDFC for netsafe
yes either a credit card or debit card
Why not Kotak I only use that for international sites it’s best I feel, need only pan and Aadhaar to get card.

There is Qiwi wallet on play store. But I think it requires international txn enabled card to load the wallet.
I have not tried it personally, only heard about it.
Bat to wahi ho gyi.. International card chahiye… Suggest me if i can load wid my MasterCard.. if it take extra charges i will pay
does the DBS Debit Card work with aliexpress?
I’ve been trying in both [Aliexpress APP & Website] but nowhere it seems to be working, it’s saying Payment declined from bank’s end.
And I contacted DBS CC, as per them, Aliexpress is not VISA verified, hence you can’t do transaction with Aliexpress.
The same transaction I did with Kotak-811, but no OTP verfication was done… Ordered was placed…

Hdfc netsafe but you need credit or debit card with them.
