yesterday I did SUN DTH Recharge of 589 in niki through HDFC payzapp. The amount got deducted from payzapp but I received no order ID in the niki app also recharge has not been done.I Received Transaction ID from payzapp.

Contacted Nikki customer care below is the reply I received

Thank you for writing in.

As we checked we do not see any transactions as such.

We will request you to get in touch with PayZapp and help us with the transaction id which will start with 3.

i didnt get any order id from nikki so how shall i give them the id and payzapp isnt responding.

Can i get the transacted amount be refunded in any way?

Call PayZapp customer care. They have the txn details. Will be refunded at 12th day from todat exactly. No. Is present in app. Look in helps section

thnx for replying.in payzapp transaction its showing the transaction as successful and credited to Techbins Solutions Private Limited which is i think is nikki payment gateway. sended a mail to payzapp customer care but received only automatic replies.

We regret to let you know that we haven’t received the payment hence it might be stuck in the payment gateway. So we will request you to raise a chargeback with Payzapp or you can get in touch with Payzapp and share the transaction id with us which starts with 3 so that we can get in touch with Payzapp and refund your money back.

nikki says they cant do anything without transaction id

you get auto-refund after 12 days.

no need to contact Payzapp.
