frnds,until last year ,my family used to buy mobiles from companies like sony samsung or nokia only,which were surely demanding higher prices for the same features when compared to chinese companies or micromax(indian chinese company 
),but I somehow convinced them to buy me mobile from new company YU,yuphoria…….
which when I received,I was stunned by its look and performance and ignored problems like heating ,quick discharging of battery initially ,but slowly with passage of time I started facing troubles like phone going off even at 40% suddenly ,or becoming hot more then even heater 
and then came the harsh reality of these Removed companies,like first of all,before the launch micromax claimed to be behind YU,but they clearly denied to offer service at their service centre,then when I tried with given support number,I could not connect so had to try email,so they could reply with most dumb Removed reply,and that too in 4-5 days.
At last I was able to book waybill no in december 2015,and they promised me to send mobile with 15 days,and kept repeating same line like this,till 25 feb came and then when after emerging victorious in connecting with them after waiting for 20 minutes on paid number which was not new to me ,I got to know that their company had started service support offline,so they have cancelled my waybill and they are feeling too much happy for doing this,and I was like WTF 
So all in all ,I regret my decision from buying such dumb Removed companies ,and believe me I think Micromax is becoming huge Bloat on Indian quality of products ,all this and many stories of worst experience,I found out when I met with other customers at their service centre and while writing all of this ,I am feeling so much hatred for this company that I can write double of what I have written until now…… 
Now therefore for new mobile I have selected Moto G turbo but it was launched in nov 2015,and hence lacking new features ,so I want suggestions from you that which company maintains best balance between features and service……..

Jst for an example the service of mi is good in Kolkata but worst in dhanbaad.
But in general it’s Samsung right now providing the best after sale service

no bro u r wrong so far till now i have seen samsung provides the best service i have seen. my friend got phn repaired within hours .
and my karbonn phn was lying in service centre for more than 2 months …

Mobile bro,.. mother board problem got latest model as replacement for a old phone
U see they all dont provide they provide same service quality in all cities..
All top brands like samsung are gud
Best part abt samsung is that they dnt need repair in most cases..
N u cn get it repaired it outside in local market after warranty
Getting a phone repaired after warranty from service center is v costly affair
With ph having short life of one year its better to sell/ throw them than to get repaired from orignal service center
in case of screen or digitiser gets damaged u are charged half the price of ph…
Don’t know about the best but from 2 years I am using Motorola mobiles-
They are good in repairing ,it was hassle free experience with them but they take too much to repair a single piece from a week to three months they can take and can also say that they can’t repair the mobile happened once with friend .By mistake I got a default piece of Moto G which when gets switched off due to battery loss then doesn’t start. For first five weeks they did it temporarily because of which I was facing this problem again and again but later it got rectified when I informed them to take a permanent solution
The day your phone needs repair, sell it and buy a new phone. Buy only those phones which you can afford to lose. I can afford iphone 6s but I can’t afford to lose it. I can afford Redmi Note 3 and I can afford to lose it. Don’t stress so much on mobile phones.

bro afaik only in case of minor repairs ,they are good ,else wise they just keep mobile for min 2-3 months considering their own phone and I dont think they provide replacement phone,however in sony they provide a replacement phone
