PayTM cheated me quite a few times on this. They use “select petrol pumps” in TnC as a weapon to cheat. I got cashback sometimes but not other times on transacting on the same petrol pumps and CC said that this pump was not in “select” list 
There is no way to know which petrol pumps are in their list…
