No improvement. Still hovering around 0.3 mbps as per Net Velocity
I have tried in JIO phones, samsung phones, jio hot spot but the speed sucks. I have stopped using it for net entirely and using it only for calls when it works. Good that BSNL upgraded minimum speeds to 1mbps.

Waiting time is ~ 30 minutes. Still i filed a complaint. Got a call next day from the local rep and he asked me to wait 4-5 days. I called him twice after that but no results. Funny thing is he asked me to visit their ofc for checking which is atleast 20 kms away from my home.
use touchVPN and see the speeds

Have you tried changing the bands?
On RN3 so can’t change bands. BTW on Net Velocity App when bands change automatically then too the speed remains same. I guess in my area the network congestion is so much that it doesn’t matter which band you are connected too. The speeds on 850 & 2300 mhz remains below 1 mbps while it rarely connects to 1800 mhz band and on that band too the speed ~ 2 mbps. Sometimes at night it may go upto 4 mbps
Have you tried an app called Network Signal Guru?
It helped me change LTE band on my RN3.

Yeah, as it happens, the bandwidth took a nose dive for me as well just a few days after I suggested you guys to try NetVelocity. Now I barely get 1-2 Mbps during most of the day (9am to midnight). Between 2am and ~6am, I still get >8 Mbps. Things are horrible during the evening hours, i.e. less than 1 Mbps between 7pm-10pm. I have started to use my secondary connections already.
@getready How are things in your area? CC @Stupendous Man

I watch 2 channels at a time without any problem. Sometimes the speed sucks in evening though. Got a second JIO sim today for watching TV.

Guys even Jio has limited its speed to2mbps (250kBps) ?
nope
atleast not here
sim with 4 GB FUP – good speed upto 1 GB, 0.5 Mbps after that
sim with 1 GB FUP – good speed upto 1 GB, 128 kbps after that
intentional capping
Strange, I used to get 1mBps till 2 weeks ago. Now I always get max 250 kBps.
Tried another Jio sim. It is also capped at 250kBps speed.
Can eny bro tell me
Is jio extanding their network? (not getting in my village)
from yesterday night speed is good and ping s very less, i think big downloaders are moved out of market with 1 Gb daily limit
DOWNLOAD 11.88 Mbps
UPLOAD 2.35 Mbps
PING 41 ms
My top result (In 80% coverage on airtel 4g modem(BAND 40) e5573)
May be because i’m the Only JIO USER in my area
Jio rocks
lol you lair. 103.73Mbps UL. no way you get that upload speeds on any mobile network
That’s jio WiFi speed
Fortunately there are two jio hotspots near my home
One like 300metres away and the other at 2km
You will never miss any flash sale with that speed
and based on your plan you have 1 GB / 2GB WIFI Data
can I request jio to set up a official hotspot in my apartment .
20 MBPS at my office
0.27 in my home (Delhi)
RN3. Even at 3-4 AM max speed i get is 4 mbps
