It was expected when JIO came. JIO’s ARPU is high than all operators. Cheapest plan in JIO starts from Rs 98 only while people used to manage 1-2 months without recharging much. (Missed call era toungueout ). Now you have to pay for incoming calls as well because of less IUC charges.

Actually JIO migrated most of the users from 2G/3G to 4G and pay instead of asking first to pay for 4G and use.
