problem with amazon UPI cashback?

I collected 3 offers 1) 50%CB upto 200on apparells 2) niki UPI offer of 100cb 3) dream11 upi offer of 100 cb and placed order 19th dec 2019 and made payment using UPI for first time on amazon app so I am eligible for rs.50 CB for different UPI offer. But I received just 200 CB after my shipment. I didn’t check which offer was applied on payment page. My collected UPI niki and dream11 offers is shown in my amazon offers page but I didn’t receive 200 CB and rs. 50 cb for my first UPI payment.


I have wasted more than 4 hours in chatting and calling customer care team and had a word with more than 8 amazon executives. Everytime they said I already received my 200CB and then I have explained them like a kid that I am expecting CB for different UPI offer and wasted my time in explaining same things. They give same replies like.
1) I will get my CB with 2 days
2) 2 offers can’t be applied and that’s Y UPI cb was not applied which is wrong I think.
3) you will get reply within 5 days.
4) you will get cashback within 5 days.
5) 3rd Feb is the last day of UPI dream11 and niki offer so place new order using UPI to get your cashback.

This is such a harrasment from amazon side to get my CB. Amazon customer team is pathetic. I think automatic Bots might reply better than these stupid clueless amazon executives.

What should I do in this case??
