Problem with croma.com order

Place order at croma last week 25th. Got one mail stating order number. But after that no progress. No information about shipment. I called there customer support. They also don’t have any idea. Told me to wait until invoice is generated.

I m fed-up now and want to cancel order. They told me you can’t cancel order until invoice is not generated.

Please suggest me what to do.
