Hello everyone, I would like to know your views on purchasing bike from paytm. On paytm website it gives 2 options either to make a Rs 20k down payment or deposit full ex-showroom price. Please advise as I do not want to make any cash payment

Go to the dealer and tell him you’re purchasing through paytm and complete transaction in front of him.. They take txn ID and ask you to pay balance amount (registration, insurance etc).. Complete that payment and within a week your bike should be ready for delivery.. With paytm you will easily save 3-4k

The dealer can update the bike listing for full payment. Ask him to do so.

don’t purchase from paytm otherwise, you will suffer a loss of about 2k-4k trust me when I was seeking to buy a scooter at first I visited the showroom and told them about the offer but after he offered me a better price then paytm I have saved 3k I guess

OP, please post your experience after buying the bike. I am following this topic.
I see, there is an advantage of buying from paytm (that is buying from paytm balance or CC payment)
Also, we can bargain with the dealer using this paytem deal.
Downside is, you may be given least preference while delivering the bike, if that particular model is in wait-list mode.

My dealer told me to buy from paytm.. as it has some cashback.. and he also want some cash..
My bike price was 1.2L so, he bought any random bike amounting 96k and take remaining 24k cash.. but he applied 500 rs charges and removed some 1500 discount (may be they give to paytm).. if you pay from paytm..
