Dear McVitie’s Eat2Win Program winner,

Congratulations on being a winner of a Jungle Book school bag in “McVitie’s Eat2Win” Program.

As part of the participation process as stated in the promotion T&C, for claiming the Jungle Book school bag, participants had to collect five unique lenticular cards with Jungle Book characters and enter the 5 unique codes printed on the back of the card on our website www.mcvitiesind...om.

We would request you to kindly send the same 5 unique code bearing lenticular cards which you had used at the time of participation along with a copy of any one self-attested, government approved identity proof with address (it could be any one of these – aadhar card, driving license, copy of passport – first two and last two pages, election ID card) and also your name, contact number and the email address that you had entered at our website while participating in the McVitie’s Eat2Win Program, to claim the prize within a period of 7 days from receiving this mail on the below mentioned address, otherwise your claim would be forfeited entirely without any further notice:

Further to the above, attention is invited to point no.23 & 24 of the McVitie’s Eat2Win program T&C, repeated herein below:
23. The participants are debarred from using any mechanical system/software to send random multiple entries for the contest. In case any such attempt gets known to the organizers, the entries/claims of such participants would be cancelled without any communication to such participants.

24. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/ information will result in disqualification from this offer by the Organizer. It may further attract legal action as deemed fit by the Organizer.

Afterthe receipt and verification of the documents above, in case the claim is found to be in order, the cards would be sent back along with the gift, as per the T&C of the promotion
