Talk to customer care,pre-approved card means your credit history is already considered sufficient by the bank.Applying online is just a formality & because it is same for everybody so there are options which cannot be left there,customer care should be able to sort it out by manually approving your application over email/phone/post.

I got ICICI rubyx pre-approved card, i filled self employed and in office details, i filled my address and phone number. And got virtual card within seconds, Physical card delivered within a week.

Give random landline number
Doesn’t matter if the landline belongs to the delivery city or even you.. because they only contact you through the registered mobile number

PS: ICICI is issuing credit cards these days to some users with a pre-existing relationship with the bank like SB (Even for those w/o any credit history) via In-a-flash program. Instant VCC .. Physical card delivered in a week

Give your ICICI bank home Branch Landline Number. Even their CC team will suggest the same.

I recently got pre approved credit card from Kotak…and in application form they are asking office details so what to do now??
Calling CC is not working they too ask for office details…
Anyone kotak cc holder can help??
