As long as it is not killing apps or chrome pages in background, that is not necessarily a bad thing, at times free ram is wasted ram.

color OS is heavy and needs a lot of RAM. to compensate, the OS is designed to kill all background apps unless specifically allowed to run. 6 GB is required to work fully. Using a different launcher can reduce the RAM use and free up more RAM.
PS – using realme-1 6GB for more than year with Nova Launcher Pro.

How about 4gb ram,6gb ram is costlier for my budget,Where we get issue in 4gb ram,I mean playing pubg like games,is 4gb ram enough for daily usage like camera, video, few apps.

4GB RAM is just borderline manageable and has been for quite a while now. Even on Pixel with stock Android, Google makes heavy use of ZRAM ( RAM compression ) to ensure a decent multi-tasking experience. The ROMs by Chinese OEMs tend to pretty bloated and use a lot of memory as such. With a Custom ROM like Lineage OS for instance you should enable considerably less memory usage. But for a frustration-free experience at least 6GB is necessary.
Edit: Games aren’t particularly RAM-heavy. Most average around 0.8-1.2GB. PUBG is around 0.8-0.9GB mark. Check it here https://www.xda-developers.com/honor-20-gaming-...
But with 4GB RAM the background apps might need to reload.

Yeah the ram management is pathetic, in other phones the ram is freed after killing process, but that doesn’t seem to happen in realme, I have to restart everytime before playing pubg. I too have the rm3 4gb variant
And the other users on telegram asked me to stick with cos6 for pubg.
