Factory testing doesn’t account for the dirt, smudges, the occasional bumps, human grip. Remember fold was also factory tested, but then it failed in real world conditions and Samsung was forced to recall all the reviews pieces. 1000 times, ten thousand times doesn’t mean much these days, they’re only their for the advertisment
