received credit card bill for block ICICI Amazon credit card

My card was blocked last month on 21st Feb 2020 by ICICI citing business/commercial txns. My billing cycle for the card is 19th – 18th. Now I have received credit card bill and last date for the payment is 7th april 2020. It may be noted that since my card got blocked therefore I did not receive rewards of Rs 24k last month and 5k this month. So friends please advise me what should be the course of action now. I want my card to get reactivated again so please tell me whether should i pay the bill or not

someone in this forum mentioned that they got their card reactivated
So u spent 4.8 lacs or more last month.
Did not they enquire about spends on call? Basically its a warning.
Sry, I have no experience in reactivating.
Better to wait for few months and then request reactivation.
I bought gv worth 1.5 times the limit of my card (my icici combined limit is 3.5 lakh) and still my card got blocked.
I have spoken to MD office, card will not get reactivated do what ever you wish, you have been blocked for lifetime from getting an Amazon Pay card.
If you wish you can go ahead and file a case, these are the words from MD office.
Instead i suggest pay your bill and get card closed on account lever,else it will keep showing active in cibil

I have talked with care they have blocked Add wallet and wallet app transactions.after that I have done one recharge and they was successful

Forget about rewards n pay the bill before due date
