Looks real.. Says visit local branch so not asking you for anything. All banks are redoing KYC. Even though you already gave KYC for last 5 years at least they still ask you to redo it as they are too lazy to find your old one and update accounts.

Is genuine.
AGM is Asst General Manager
LHO is Local Head Office PAT is maybe short for Patna.. and most important ends with @ SBI.co.in

BTW, Jan 8 toh aaj hai, abhi morning 10.39.. Aapko afternoon 2:09 ka mail kaese mil gaya?

Guess i will have to update KYC now.

For those whose email isn’t registered, how will they know if they know if they have to update KYC. Are they sending out letters as well
