my redmi 1s screen go tbroken and display gone black:-{

Can anyone tell me whether i need to buy the external touchscreen or i need to buy the lcd display digitizer along with it.
do i need to buy as single package or individually? please let me know where can i buy cheap?
anyone has any experience in resolving the issue at less cost ?

@dealmate i would suggest you to buy new phone instead of replacing display…. try visiting some local service center, they might charge you 2k but without warranty…

pls let me know if i need to change all the display/touchdigitizer as well or only touch digitizer is fine.
My screen is black bu ti can see touch working

take it to authorised service centre and get estimate. it might not just be screen + lcd but also circuit board cracked. usually happens when phone is banged to ground and not just accidental fall.
would be a hopeless case so instead of being swindled by road side shops get a prof. opinion from service center.

hey my redmi 1s fell down and the screen is cracked
the touch and display are working fine though

do i need to replace the entire front assembly or getting the front glass replaced is sufficient ?
