Redmi 3S question

I recently bought Redmi 3S for Jio and have been using it for the last 15 days. Today, I inserted Telenor 4G SIM in the second slot. When I select Telenor for mobile data, Jio in first SIM slot is getting disabled. Is this normal? I think when I select second SIM for data, at least the first SIM should allow calls.

Yes this is because after enabling slot 2 as data slot 1 moves to 3g… But jio doesn’t have 2g,3g network..so its getting disabled
