Refund for cancelled flight tickets

Hi, I have booked an international flight ticket through Yatra for an Indigo flight for April last week. Indigo cancelled those flights and provided an option to choose alternate flight on same route or full refund. I chose full refund and got a confirmation mail from Indigo on the refund amount.

I have sent an email to Yatra about the same on March 22nd. But there is no response from them yet, no refunds and the trip status is shown as active in their portal. Any idea how to receive the refund back to my card ?
