Keep raising tickets !! Thats the only way to wake up those suckers . And avoid huge transactions using Mobikwik wallet

Same happened with me too , mail them with all prescribed details and date .. if they still dnt agree then u need to send them bank statement(fr it me it wasnt asked as i gt them after mailing)

My refund processed by ebay 17 days back.
Still nothing in mobikwik wallet.
They are saying that ebay didn’t processed the refund yet.
eBay asked me to mail the mobikwik wallet statement to [email protected]

my refund was processed on 5th, ebay gave me reference number too. Raised around 8 tickets. Mobikwik still says they did not get the refund. Really getting frustrated with their stupid service.

guys my refund was processed on 19th but till now mobikwik haven’t released payment. This mobikwik partnership with ebay is a fraud.

They are not responding to my tickets. I have decided to flood my complaint on their twitter page. Guys whoever are interested respond here. We will decide about the timing n all.

I also did not get my refund in my mobikwik wallet from ebay . ebay says it initiated the refund on 5th dec but till now it is not reflected in my mobikwik wallet . bestbuddy did u get your refund? Please tell me what should i do ?

Is it still taking a long time & reminders / tickets for them to credit the refund money ? I have a Rs 3000 order which was refunded 3 days back , have not received the money yet .

My 792/- is also pending for more since 9th Jan 2015.

Wont use mobikwik again for thee type of orders, all this trouble isnt worth it, will be looking at consumer court option in a few days , they dont even reply after taking your money .
