In Jan 2016 i bought a VU LED. Due to some issue with the LED i registered a complaint and engineer visited my place and checked the LED. He has given me replacement of LED. Now VU has delivered the new LED but the OLD LED is still lying with me. Courier guy did not ask me for old product, Any one has idea how will they take back old product.
Pickup is handled by a different agency compared to delivery. Replacement request and pickup requests are simultaneously placed.
Generally reverse pickup is slower compared to delivery SLAs and it’s possible to get the replacement before pickup.
It’s likely that they will not pick up the faulty tv – considering it has not happened yet assuming its weeks since u got your replacement and there are no holidays.
