Amazon Prime Video Now In India [Registration Started To Stay Updated]

Amazon should slightly modify their India Prime offering by having a standalone prime shipping service and a full fledged prime service. Not everyone in India would want their streaming services or have the required speeds/bandwidth to use their streaming service. Hope amazon is reading this thread

Like? 250rs for prime lite for shipping and 500rs for shipping/video?

Check how much Amazon charge in other countries for Prime. In US it’s $99 for an year. IMO 500rs for promotional prime subscription with prime video is worth it.

Check how much Amazon charge in other countries for Prime. In US it’s $99 for an year. IMO 500rs for promotional prime subscription with prime video is worth it.

I know about the US pricing and wasn’t even speaking about the pricing. I just told 2 different prices would be better for us Indian customers

I am sure with all the other prime features it definitely won’t be Rs. 500 going forward.

I will definitely buy and its definitely worth because of the amount of orders I place. But amazon keeps increasing prime charges by adding more services which is not necessary for most of us. If they just hive off the free shipping (even without those 1/2-day deliveries) into a different category with that pricing it would be a hit for most of the India customers.

Won’t complain if they offer all those services for Rs.999

In India, its all about the competition so I dont think Amazon will increase the prime charges anytime soon. Enjoy shopping with free delivery.
