reliance deducted all balance in an unused sim

i had balance in my reliance sim but i used another airtel sim , reliance deducted the balance without any intimation and now the balance is zero , customer care is also not reachable.

Ek beer pee kr fhir se cc ko call kr or gaali de
Beer pee ke kya phone lag jaayega Customer Care ko 
all network providers wil do this silently. same with Idea

ye operators ab bhi nhi sudhre had ho gyi .
Sahed validity khatam ho gya hoga isiliye charges lage, kitna purana sim hain ? Ussaly ek sim 1 ya 2 year tak free validity rehta hain

@Jungleey Bro never keep any balance in reliance, once i had bought their sim and i lost about 500 in just 2 weeks, as soon as you buy the sim , they automatically activate all their useless services and then keep deducting money for that. IF you ask, i will say best operator would be bsnl because they dont work for profits, though their service is a bit lower than private operators
