You can use the sim on other phones via JioJoin app but I don’t think the free unlimited offer will work.

If you need to use preview offer, first get an invite from jio site, buy Wind4, install only Jio apps and use it as a router for your existing phone. Once preview offer is over, you can sell off the Lyf phone and use the SIM with your normal handset.

Maybe they are rooting and changing build.prop and other simlar changes

Bro, I have already these things, I am looking whether I can use this offer on other handset in the offer period.

unlimited offer works only with Lyf phones. In other phones, there is 100 calls, 100 SMS and 2 GB free.

LYF phones are not worth it. Only JIO 90 days unlimited plan is great but they have made it mandatory to buy LYF mobile to avail the offer.

Unlimited offer is valid for 90 days from the date of activation of SIM. Invite in normally valid for 14 days. Only Wind4 is a reasonably good handset, OEM Haier. Rest of the phones in this class are from little known OEM with very poor battery backup.

Yes even in my case, there was only one display piece in the store and they were trying to sell me some other set.
