i don’t know whether its problem due to cdma migration or something else till yesterday i was getting 23 Mbps constant speed so downloaded 50 gb of data but from today speed is capped 5mbps no matter now hard i tried even factory resetting my phone but speed is capped at 5Mbps location gwalior mp

Always register your electronic as soon as you buy it. It’s applicable for all electronics. OR you will miss the warranty. Most computer peripherals companies have made it mandatory to register your product online to avail the warranty. Failing which you can’t claim it.
I still have one year warranty, no?

The so called extended warrantee is basically an insurance policy of one year effective from the first day of the second year.
Its similar to the 3 year insurance policy given by Mukesh bhai when he launched Reliance CDMA (RIM) in 2003.
M constantly getting 2g speed….tried customer care they are not receiving the calls..call automatically disconnect after 26 seconds..plzz help
Getting speed of 1 to 2 Mbps till night 11pm and after that, am getting more than 20mbps but manageable speed.
