Reliance Jio tower installtion in my house

Just 30 mts back one reliance person came to my house and told me after survey they will lay tower on top of my house, he told it will be like 4 poles same like Tikona connectivity. Rent they will pay 4500 per month + power charges.
Does anybody faced this experience of Reliance Jio towers in their residence and is there any radiation affect, is 4500 normal charges or can we demand more for this.

Even my brother is a CA and works in Jio Infocom , he was also given only 1 sim card free , no extra than this .

you mean Jio give only 1 sim per person even your CA brother who is working in Jio Company , yaar kya gal karte ho . then how Digital Xpress Employees are getting them , months back even few local retailers too getting it with Jio employees help , and all were officials otherwise after so much verification it is not possible for those sims to work perfectly .

I had also complained about signals, today got call from them that no one is giving permission in my area to put tower. And they asked me whether i have area to give them to put tower. 
You will have to take aproval from certain % of ppl living nearby..

Whatever be the offer never give a single rupee in advance for whatever they told like security or blah blah.
Remember only way to differentiate real offer from fake offer is real offer would adjust whatever be ur liability in ur first payment and would ask nothing in advance.
Regarding this offer ask its a tower or booster to be installed?
For small booster they pay less, for full fledge tower rent is more. Ask about the total weight of equipment as that would decide what all are they installing and your house concrete slab would be able to hold or not.

It’s a pretty old mail thread but, would like to know, what did you do @srini1973 ?
I got the call today and Jio guy checked if they can install Jio Signal Booster on top of my building.
The snap what he shared with me doesn’t look like a booster.
He said, they will pay 5000 rent per month. This is also looking very minimal amount in Bangalore.
My fried gets 30000 rent
But no power bill
These radiation are cancerous

Don’t take risk for just 4k. Health is more precious. Radiation effects will come to know after 10 , 20 years.
What if he denies and company approaches neighbour and he agrees for the tower installation? Radiation will be still there..

what people need to understand is SAR rating is for mobile. The tower will connect to so many mobiles and over few km, still think it’s little radiation risk? I wouldn’t not risk my health for 4500.
Health and time are most important resources. They have upper limit and can’t be extended, everything else in this world can be.
SAR is valid for max 6 minutes per day. I would suggest you to not use your phone more than 6 minutes a day.
As long as radiation is of non Ionizing type, it would have no effect on you except heating affect, but that would require a very High Power which cell tower could not reproduce.
Now Non Ionizing radiation are of two type
1) Electro magnetic
2) Optical radiation.
Out of the two Optical radiation (NIR) which often generated from Natural source like Sun is dangerous for us.
Optical radiation (NIR) consist of 1) Infrared Radiation
2) Visible Radiation (by which we sees colours)
3) Ultraviolet radiation (UV) one of the cause if cancer.
ask reliance for yearly health insurance and life insurance packages incase of expiry due to radiations
How will you prove that the expiry (death) is due to radiations ?
